Boxing Spread Bets

All televised fights are covered by the spread firms with many styles of bets offered. The most popular boxing market is Total Fight Minutes, where the spread firm predicts how long the bout will last, and you simply decide whether it will be a longer or shorter fight. The time is usually rounded up to the nearest whole minute.

Performance index spreads are also offered with the following points awarded:

• 25 points for a win by Knockout (KO), Technical Knockout (TKO)or Disqualification (DQ),
• 10 points for a win by Decision,
• 5 points for a Draw,
• 0 points for a Lose.
